Your home

Our breathtaking coastal home for the weekend sits in Constantine Bay, just outside Padstow. Surrounded by rolling dunes, cliff-top trails and turquoise water, it is one of North Cornwall’s most beautiful corners.

Inside, the light-filled oak-and-glass main room is a welcoming space to gather, share meals and relax together. A dedicated studio gives us a beautiful setting to practise, whatever the Cornish weather brings. The back garden is an oasis to unwind in between adventures, with an on-site sauna to warm up in after a refreshing Atlantic dip.

With the beach just a short walk away and fresh sea air on your doorstep, it is the kind of place that immediately slows you down.

“Wow… just wow. Over exceeded my expectations tenfold. Sophie and Josh were so welcoming and made the whole retreat a fantastic experience. From the yoga, to delicious homemade meals, sauna, hiking, padel and boogie boarding, we did it all! With downtime as well. I can't recommend going on a retreat with them enough! Looking forward to joining on future ones!”

Good to know

Why Cornwall?
  • Wild beauty: Rugged cliffs, sweeping beaches and crisp Atlantic air. Cornwall captures the raw magic of the coast at its finest.
  • Sea and surf: Turquoise shallows, golden sands and salty air, with epic surf at Harlyn and Constantine.
  • Laid-back living: Slow mornings, salt-streaked hair and sunsets that stop you in your tracks.
  • Nature therapy: Coastal hikes, sea swims and endless horizons. The perfect blend of adventure and calm.
  • Local flavour: Fresh seafood, farm-to-table cafés and wood-fired feasts, made with local love.
  • Close to home: Feels a world away, yet right here in the UK.
Why Radiant Waves Retreats?
  • Community energy: Small groups, big connection. Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.
  • Carefully curated schedule: Yoga, movement, breathwork and time in nature, shaped into one deeply restorative week.
  • Nourishing food: Wholesome, seasonal meals made with local ingredients. Simple, grounding and made to be shared.
  • Authentically run: Founded by yogis, adventurers and nature-lovers who truly live this lifestyle. Every detail comes from firsthand experience.
  • It's your holiday: This is your time to relax, move and explore. Join every session or simply rest, wander and reset at your own pace.
Do I need to be good at yoga?
  • Not at all, our retreat caters for all levels of yogi. No prior experience is needed.
How do I get there?
  • By train to Bodmin Parkway, just under four hours from London, with a station collection and drop-off. Coach from London to Bodmin also works, and by car it is around five hours.
What if I've never surfed?
  • No worries at all. Surfing is an added bonus on this retreat, and if the waves line up we head out for those who want to.
What's the weather like?
  • It is the UK, which means it could be 20 degrees and glorious or raining sideways. We adapt as it comes, with plenty of tricks up our sleeve for a cosy afternoon.
Can I come alone?
  • Absolutely, most of our guests do. Book a shared room to meet new people, or a private room if you prefer your own space.
What to expect
  • This retreat is everything we love about the British coastline: movement, connection, nature and play. Daily yoga, Pilates and breathwork, coastal hikes and ocean dips, sauna by the sea and beach bonfires at sunset. If the surf gods are kind, we will even squeeze in a few waves.
Who it's for
  • For those who want to get away for the weekend and reset, but might not have the time, space or budget to go further afield. Perfect for solo travellers, friends or couples.
